  • It depends! The process begins by co-creating a scope of work with the goal of meeting your need along with a timeline in a proposal with the estimated cost.

    Once the proposal has been approved by you, we begin with an audit and a wireframe of the customized solution.

    Then, we integrate your feedback to ensure the wireframe represents your needs.

    When we get your approval for the wireframe, we begin to co-build your app as we train your team of builders. Depending on the complexity and your team’s capacity, it might take a few weeks.

    From start to finish, the timeline can vary from less than a month to a few months, depending on the complexity of the project and your team’s capacity.

  • The simple answer is that it depends on what you need, and the tools that support you in achieving that goal.

    There’s a fixed payment for the project plus a recurring payment for platform use and for any integrated plugins.

  • Prior to launching the workflow or app, we review how the software works, how your project is built, and train your team to access the tool(s).

    In addition, you also receive technical documentation that can be referenced or used for onboarding the people / community that will use your new tool.

  • Time and resource permitting, all contracts can be extended. Additional services beyond the scope of our original agreement/contract will incur additional charges. However, we will obtain approval from you prior to you incurring additional fees.
